The whole list, with the price on it.
Flat rates, published. You hear the number and agree to it before anything gets touched, and inside the service area there's no trip fee to get me there.
No surprises on the invoice.
- No trip fee, dispatch fee, or fuel surcharge in North Phoenix, Paradise Valley, and Scottsdale.
- Nothing is credited. The diagnosis is the service.
- One price per repair; where the unit sits is already in the price.
- You hear the number and agree before anything gets touched.
- Every visit leaves a written record: readings, photos, what I found.
- A thermostat with no C-wire gets quoted on site, or handed to a specialist.
Outside those areas there's a $150 job minimum instead. Call and ask.
Work I turn down.
- System replacements and new installations
- Anything requiring a building permit
- New ductwork or duct replacement
- Electrical panel or service upgrades
- Commercial rooftop equipment
- Any single job over $1,000 in labor and materials combined
If that's what you need, call anyway. I'll tell you what a fair number looks like and point you at someone licensed who won't gouge you. No fee, no obligation.
REVBIT LLC is not registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Work is limited to jobs under $1,000, including labor and materials, that do not require a permit.
Some outfits split a big job into small invoices to get around that limit. That's illegal in Arizona and I don't do it, which also means you never have to wonder whether I'm cutting a corner on yours.
Tell me what it's doing.
