Old Town to Troon, end to end, with no trip fee anywhere in it. Published flat prices, agreed before anything gets touched.
Scottsdale runs the better part of thirty miles north to south, and the
housing stock changes completely along the way. South of Camelback you are
mostly looking at 1950s and 1960s ranch houses, many with package units on
the roof. The ranch communities in the middle sit on equipment that has
usually turned over once. North of the 101 it is largely two-story builds
from the 1990s onward, running two systems apiece.
It is all one service zone here, with no trip fee anywhere in it. What changes from one end to the other is what is likely to be wrong, not
what it costs to find out: the
flat prices are the same in Old Town as they are in Troon.
