revbitair.com is run by REVBIT LLC, an Arizona limited liability company trading as Revbit Air. Last updated October 24, 2026.
General information only
The guides, the glossary and every other page here are general information about air conditioning. They are not professional advice about your system, which nobody can give without looking at it. Pages that touch Arizona law, tax, health, animals or electrical work carry their own notice. Anything you do to your own equipment on the strength of a page is your call and your risk. When in doubt, call (602) 935-7471 before touching it.
Prices and quotes
- The prices on the services page are the current list. The list can change, and when it does it changes on the site first.
- Every price is before sales tax, which is added to the invoice. Card and other electronic payments add a 3% transaction fee.
- Nothing is done without a price you have agreed to first. Once agreed, that price is the one on the invoice, even if the list changes in the meantime.
- A price on the site is not an offer to do a particular job. What the system actually needs is found on site, and you decide from there.
- Outside North Phoenix, Central Phoenix, Paradise Valley, and Scottsdale, visits carry a $150 job minimum, as listed on the services page.
The quote checker
The checker on the second opinion page compares the numbers you type against this price list, and that is all it does. It is not an opinion of any other company, its work or its honesty. A higher price can be a fair one: overhead, warranty terms and response times differ.
Licensing
REVBIT LLC is not a licensed contractor and is not registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Work is limited to jobs with a total cost under $1,000, including labor and materials, that do not need a building permit. Installs, system replacements, ductwork and permit work are not offered and are referred to licensed Arizona contractors.
Drawings and photos
The diagrams in the guides are drawings, made to explain how things work, not photographs of real equipment. Any photo of work is a real photo of Alek. Other photos, such as scenery and the pictures behind the homepage headline and the footer, are licensed stock used for illustration only. They are never presented as a job, a customer, a place he worked or the person who arrives. The words, drawings and original photos on this site belong to REVBIT LLC; stock photos belong to their owners. Quoting a line with a link back is welcome; copying pages wholesale is not.
Brand names
Equipment brands are named because that is how people recognize their systems. The names belong to their owners. Naming one does not mean Revbit Air is affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by that manufacturer, or the other way round.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to government agencies, utilities and other outside sites. They are not run from here, can change without notice, and their own terms apply.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. Every page is checked, but mistakes happen and rules change, so REVBIT LLC is not liable for loss that comes from relying on the information here. This covers the website only. Work actually done on your system is governed by the price you agreed to for that job.
Arizona law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
