Privacy at Revbit Air, Phoenix: Very little, and none of it sold.
No tracking cookies, no ad trackers, nothing sold. Here is the short list of what does get collected, and what happens to it.

Browsing the site
Browsing sets no cookies, tracking or otherwise, and there is no analytics service, tracking pixel or advertising code. The fonts are served from this site, not from Google. The quote checker on the second opinion page runs entirely in your browser: the numbers you type are not sent anywhere and are gone when you close the page.
Counting taps
When you tap a call, text or email link, the site notes which kind of link it was and which page it was on, for example "call, from the tune-up page". That is the whole record. It has no cookie, no IP address, no device details and nothing that identifies you, and it is used only to see which pages help people get in touch. It is kept in Cloudflare's logs for their standard retention period, then deleted.
Hosting
Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any web host it handles your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and keep the site secure, and may keep short-lived security logs. Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers that.
The contact form
If you use the form, what you type (your name, phone or email, the topic and your message) is sent as an email to Revbit Air through Cloudflare's email service. The website itself does not keep a copy. From there it is handled the same way as a call, text or email, below.
When you call, text, email or send the form
Getting in touch means sharing what you choose to share: usually your name, phone number, the address where the system is, and what it is doing. Once a job is done there is also a record of the visit: readings, photos of the equipment, what was found, what was done and what it cost.
That is used to:
- answer you, schedule the visit and get there,
- quote, invoice and keep the job record,
- look up what was found last time if you call again,
- send one text after a job asking for a review, which you are free to ignore.
It is not sold, rented or traded, and it is not used for marketing lists. The only people who see it are the ones needed to do the job: the phone, email and hosting providers that carry the messages, whoever processes a card payment, and anyone the law requires it to be shared with.
Reviews
The review button takes you to Google. Anything you write there is posted under your Google account and governed by Google's terms. Reviews shown on this site come from real customers.
How long it is kept
Job records and invoices are kept as long as they are useful for servicing the same system and as long as tax and business records have to be kept. Messages that never turned into a job are not kept on purpose.
Your choices
Ask what is on file about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by calling or texting (602) 935-7471 or emailing revbitair@gmail.com. Records the law requires a business to keep stay until it no longer does. Reply STOP to any text and there will not be another.
Children
This site is meant for adults dealing with their own air conditioning. Nothing here is aimed at children under 13, and no information is knowingly collected from them.
Changes
If what the site collects changes, this page changes first, and the date at the top moves with it.
