Where the drive is already in the price.
North Phoenix, Paradise Valley, and Scottsdale. No trip fee, no dispatch fee, no fuel surcharge inside those three, and the published price is the whole price. Further out, the same prices apply under a $150 job minimum.
North Phoenix
Desert Ridge to Moon Valley, no trip fee and no dispatch fee. The price you hear on the phone is the price on the invoice.
What comes up thereParadise Valley
Large houses, long duct runs, and usually more than one system. All of it priced per system, and published before you call.
What comes up thereScottsdale
Old Town to Troon, end to end, with no trip fee anywhere in it. Published flat prices, agreed before anything gets touched.
What comes up thereCovered, under a job minimum.
Past those three the work still gets done at exactly the same published prices. The visit simply falls under a $150 job minimum instead of coming with no trip fee. The minimum exists to cover a longer drive, not to turn anyone away, which is why it is set low and published rather than added to an invoice.
Somewhere not listed at all? Call and ask. The answer is usually yes, under the same minimum.
